Dairy Queen

Took 45 minutes to get an order. I ordered a drink a belt buster and fries$12 will not go back.

This DQ is owned by a different franchise than most other Dq's. It's all nice and modern, but they don't have the same menu as most other DQs. They don't offer tator tots, corney dogs just to name a few. The area manager happened to be there when I complained to him that they need to have tator tots. He wasn't the least bit concerned about my opinions and walked away from me saying they tested it in this market and didn't think needed them here. The food was subpar and dry. I won't be back.

If you want some REAL Dairy Queen go to Forney. This place is rude and cheap. Want a chocolate blizzard than expect vanilla and very little of the mix. Want a dipped cone than expect only the tip dip. I even went back and ordered a second blizzard "with extra, extra, extra chocolate sauce so it looks like the picture" but got handed the same vanilla barely mixed cone and when I asked it could be fixed I was told me and handed the blizzard with attitude. Just go to Forney. The drive and extra wait are worth getting your order right and good customer service.

My husband and I visited this Dairy Queen yesterday, and, I will say that we were so impressed with the manager, Nicole. She was wiping down every available surface with disinfectant, gently reminding employees to wash and sanitize hands continually, and happily greeting customers. She proved to us that there is still caring humans in the world. She is an employee to be proud of. bch

I like this location, the restaurant and restrooms are clean and the staff is friendly. I love Dairy Queen's ice cream cakes, they are always a great quality.

I normally love their tacos but this time the shells tasted as if they were fried in old oil, guess you win some you lose some.

This is the second time within 2 weeks I visited this DQ. I am very disappointed with the quality. I went through the drive thru and my food was ready in like 30 seconds. That should have been my first clue. I ordered steak fingers which came out soggy and almost room temperature. The fries were soggy and appears to have been made hours ago. This is the last time I go there. There are too many other good choices around to waste money here. Blah

Chicken and Dumplings are awesome! Top it off with a Ghiradelli Chocolate/Strawberry BLIZZARD equals HEAVEN!

Dairy Queen is a great fast food restaurant ever.

The banana split was wonderful and it was served by friendly staff.

Service was slow, server messed up our order and it was just ice cream. Ice cream was good...shakes are a little expensive compared to other fast food places.

Never go wrong with a blizzard......any State. 😁

They can't get your order correctly.

I used the drive threw. They were pretty quick with getting the order out. It was all correct and very hot.

Service was poor; food was undercooked meat still pink and poorly stocked for a busy saturday

The staff are great, very friendly. The restaurant is clean. However every single time we go there for Blizzards, at least half of the cup, no matter the size (we get only mini or small), is not mixed at all. It shouldn't be that difficult to fully mix a mini blizzard. We don't realize it until we get home.

The food tasted good, but the service was meh at best. Got ignored by what seemed to be the General manager while he saw me standing up front and continued to tell people how to clean the same thing over and over. Guest must come first in this industry!

Went to dq location in Terrell, Tx at 9:50 pm they were already closed. Funny how they were closed and the sign says it closes at 10:00. The lady working there said well our time clock says 10:00. Note that I’m sending this at 9:59 pm!!!

Of all the dairy queens, this one is probably the best, but its still dairy queen.

Great fast friendly service

Hated my experiences here! My family makes a $45+ dollar total purchase every time we visit a fast food restaurant and this one is no exception. How about we waited 30 minutes in the drive thru lane to get our order! Then my husband goes in to see what's the hold up and he is asked to go through the entire order as if they don't have it on a ticket. That takes another 10 minutes. And guess what? No apology and later we found out they left off items in our order! The chicken tenders and onion rings tasted stale too!! Just go to the Forney, tx dairy queen if you really like dairy queen because the terrell version really sucks!

Have been going to this location since they opened. As time has gone on, the service gets worse! Family went through drive thru today for ice cream, waited for 30 minutes for them to bring out blizzards and shakes. Had to go in to see what was going on, very rude manager and was understaffed. Supposedly the machine was on the blink. They couldn’t even come out to let us know. Got our money back and will NOT go back! Will take our business to Braum’s!

I typically don’t leave one starAnd this one deserves it though!1. No one took my order after 5 minutes with one car waiting in line & two people inside eating.2. One time They didn’t open because the manage didn’t show up.Idk how they still in business 🤷🏽‍♂️

Stay away. The line for a refund was longer than the ordering line. No customers and they could not get a single order correct. No apologies. Dropped our food repeatedly. Kept opening and closing sandwiches because they couldn't remember what was what. Think owner needs to drug test his staff. Avoid at all costs.

So the Terrell location doesn't follow their posted store closing times. 10pm does not mean stop serving customers at 930 and turn off all the outside lights while we can see employees cleaning inside.

They have the best hamburgers and automatically put mustard on them which most Texans like, not mayonnaise or catsup or a mixture like people in the northern USA like. I also prefer my hamburger without cheese, and they don't automatically put cheese on it like other places do. So Dairy Queen is my favorite place for a fresh delicious hamburger MY WAY.

They have discounted their Tex-Mex specials.

Drive through wait was terrible. I waited over 30 minutes to get my order. Very disappointing. Friendly staff. The person at the window was very friendly but you need more help when lines are long. I still had a 1 1/2-2 hour drive to get home.

The lady at the front was on her phone in the back even though the drive through lady told her somebody was at the counter, forgot our ranch for the jalitos and cheese on the burger , which wouldn't have been a problem except that they charge extra for their cheese.

Sorry to say this about dq ... But I order 2 steak finger baskets then they had me waiting on the front for my order .. after 20 min my order came they gave me tacos instead .. and forgot my drinks.. so they went back inside came back and they brought me chili cheese fries I told them steak fingers multiple times ... Ugh horrible I didn't like the food at all it got cold 😫😣😖

Clean, my tacos were fresh. The young lady in the drive through had a snappy attitude but the food was good

Only had diet drinks in machine at the DQ in Terrell Tx my Jr burger was very sloppy made.
